Tour Operator    Thai Vision Holidays

Tour Price   Prices are based on airfare, transportation, accommodation and foreign exchange rates as at the date of booking. The tour prices quoted may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations or increases affecting the price of services generally. Thai Vision Holidays reserves the right to adjust the tour price or modify the tour if necessary. No alteration to the tour price will be made after full payment has been received.

Payment Schedule   Upon confirmation a non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is payable within 14 days of group booking. Payment of a group deposit indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions of Thai Vision Holidays. Full payment will be required 20 days prior to departure. Please note that failure to make payments by the due date may jeopardize group bookings. Thai Vision Holidays is not responsible for suppliers treating your booking as a cancellation for payments received after the due date. Names are required 30 days prior to departure.

Cancellations   Bookings cancelled before 30 days from the date of departure are subject to a fee of $200 per person plus any airline cancellation penalties on issued tickets and up to 100% of total land arrangements. Change departure date 20%, cancel before 30 days US$ 200 pp (deposit), from 15-29 days 50%, from 7-14 days 70%, from 3-6 days 80%, after 2 days or without prior notice 100% total of package cost.

Travel Documents   All passengers will need to hold a valid passport, which must have at least six (6) months validity beyond the trip.  Kindly note that passport and visa requirements are your responsibility. Thai Vision Holidays does not accept responsibility for your failure to ensure that you have correct travel documents.

Travel Insurance   Thai Vision Holidays requires that all tour participants have travel insurance coverage including trip interruption, trip cancellation, health and life yourself. Tour operators and agencies cannot be expected to refund or credit clients when circumstances prevent the client from completing their trip. Insurance should be considered as part of the cost of any your holiday. Travel insurance is available from many insurance companies.

Responsibility   Thai Vision Holidays will not be responsible and will be excluded from liability for any loss, damage, omission or acts being negligent or otherwise, committed by the operators of airlines, rail travel, accommodation suppliers or attractions used in connection with the tours… We do not accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change of schedule or any other events which are beyond our direct control, such as, but not limited to, war, flood, civil disturbance, acts of God, acts of Government, or any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment, or industrial action. Thai Vision Holidays will not be responsible for any losses arising, directly or indirectly, from; the refusal, failure or inability of any company, company or organization, including but not limited to any airline, other transportation provider, hotel, car rental agency, booking agent or other provider of travel or tourism related services, by reason of their own Financial Default or the Financial Default of any person, company or organization with whom or with which they deal.

Payment Methods
Depending on your location and/or the amount of time between making the booking and the commencement date of the booking, any or all of the following payment options may be available. Full details of all payment options available will be included in the booking details section of our quotation

1. Western Union Money Transfer This type of payment may be made in one of the following currencies: USD, EURO, GBP, AUD, CAD. This is a safe and usually economical method of payment. We may offer a discount for payments made this way, if applicable this will be included in the booking details section of our quotation.
2. Bank Transfer This type of payment may be made in the following currencies: USD. This is a safe method of payment. 
3. Cash On Arrival This option is only available for certain approved bookings where a deposit has been paid and the balance payment can be made at our office in Vietnam prior to commencement of the booking.
4. Credit Card We accept payments by credit card for all bookings. If you want us to process a credit card let us know and we will email to you our credit card form. Complete the required info in full, sign the form, then either scan and send it via email or send it by fax to +84.4.37263577. We obtain the authorization then send you a payment receipt via email.

Entire Agreement   Bilateral contracts in existence between Thai Vision Holidays and the user of this site shall be added to the terms and conditions herein and may supersede some of the specific terms and conditions stated above for the use of this site.
